Carvery Cowboys offers a unique catering experience, with the most tender, succulent slow-cooked roasts - from leg of lamb or lamb shanks to roast beef and turkey - and all the extras of your choosing. Before any event, our meat is slow-cooked in our kitchen for 22 hours. It arrives at your function ready to wow your guests, ensuring no delay in getting a wholesome, delicious meal to hungry party-

goers. While our catering is kind to the pocket, we insist on serving only a high quality product and can customise our service to meet the specific needs of each client.
