• Strawberries
• Blueberries
• Grapes
• Melon
• Wooden skewers

Method:
• Prepare your favourite Simply Delish Jelly and allow it to set firmly.
• Cut the jelly into small cubes.

Simply Delish Granola Bars

Looking for a delicious snack to enjoy as the weather warms up? These easy Simply Delish Granola Bars are packed with flavour and perfect for lunchboxes, picnics or an afternoon snack!

You’ll Need
• 1 packet Simply Delish Pudding
• 2 cups rolled oats
• ½ cup chopped nuts or seeds
• ½ cup dried fruit
• ½ cup peanut or almond butter
• ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method:
• Preheat oven to 180°C.
• Mix the oats, nuts and dried fruit in a bowl.
• Stir in the Simply Delish Pudding mix.
• Add the nut butter, honey/maple syrup and vanilla. Mix well.
• Press firmly into a lined baking tray.
• Bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

Easy to make. Easy to pack. Simply delicious!
