Our featured wine this week is the Blaufrankisch Classic 2023 from Bio-Weingut Ettl.

What once began as a classic agricultural mixed farm developed over decades into a deep passion for pure viticulture. The path was marked by observation, respect for the terroir and the courageous decision not to conquer nature, but to listen to it.

Because organic means "life". And we want to leave our children and children a world in which they can live.
