This Mandela Month, skip your usual coffee and donate a "Food Sock" instead!

Food Socks are dehydrated complete meals in a bag, just add water. Made with vegetables, soya and flavourings they offer good nutrition for disadvantaged communities.

So for just R40 you can help a family in crisis.

Here's how it works:

The "Food Sock" costs the same as your cappuccino.
1 "Food Sock" = a meal for 4 people!
2 "Food Socks" = a meal for 8 people!
3 "Food Socks" = a meal for 12 people!
Challenge yourself!

Instead of that daily cappuccino, donate a "Food Sock" and help nourish those in need.

I'm not having any cappuccinos this Mandela Month, but sponsoring "Food Socks" instead!

Join the movement!

Donate to Bet on Better and we'll do the rest - ordering and distributing the Food Socks where they can really help.
