Fatty Chops chutney with onions and chillies.
Spocy and delicious.
This is a fantastic meal for people on Keto on Banting.
Render the chops on the fatty side to get all the good fats into the pan and pan fry the chops till you satisfied. All spices and lightly stir in and leave in the pan for a further five minutes. Remove the chops and fry one or as many onions as you like and add fresh chillies, spices and Garlic. Add in a can of fresh tomotoes.
Cook for a short while and add the chops back in and gently cook before eating xx
