Those who asked for the Panini Bread recipe, this is it.

---------------
INGREDIENTS
---------------
Flour - 4 cups
Yeast - 10g
Salt - 1 tea spoon
Sugar - 1 table spoon
Oil - 1 table spoon
Water - 450 ml

--------------------------
PREPARATION: PHASE 1
--------------------------
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon
2. Create a hole in the middle and add the oil
3. Add water, bit by bit, while mixing with your spoon
4. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined to form a dough
5. Dust a clean working surface with flour
6. Transfer the dough from the bowl to the working surface
7. Knead the dough with your hands for about 10 minutes
8. Shape the dough into a ball and transfer it back to the bowl
9. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
10. Wrap the bowl with a cling wrap and cover with a damp cloth
11. After 2 minutes, switch off the oven and leave the light on
12. Put the bowl in the oven & let the dough proof for 30 minutes

--------------------------
PREPARATION: PHASE 2
--------------------------
1. After 30 minutes, remove the bowl from the oven and you'll notice that the dough has doubled in size
2. Again, dust the working surface with a bit of flour
3. Transfer the dough from the bowl to the working surface
4. Flatten it out with your hands to form a large rectangular or square shape
5. Dust the flattened dough with a bit of flour
6. Cut the dough into several smaller square shapes (you should get about 6 or 7 squares, and those are your panini's)
7. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
8. Put boiling water in a steel bowl and place it at the bottom of the oven (to delay crust formation during baking)
9. Oil the oven tray or place parchment paper if you have it (to prevent the bread from sticking on to the pan)

---------
BAKING
---------
1. Place the smaller squares of dough on the baking tray
2. Place the baking tray in the oven
3. Bake at 180 degrees celsius for about 30 minutes
4. At 15 minutes I normally flip the baking tray around (for even exposure to heat)

------------------
FINAL TOUCHES
------------------
1. After removing the panini bread from the oven, scrape off any excess flour from the surface of each bread with a spoon
2. Finally, rub each panini (while hot) with margarine on the surface to give it a glow
