WOW! I’m still in awe that we SOLD OUT in just 2 days!

What a beautiful morning it was. Serving breakfast at UPSTATE felt less like an event and more like welcoming family into my own home. Curating this breakfast menu was honestly therapeutic for me. I poured so much love, creativity and intention into every dish, and had SO much fun developing the recipes and bringing the vision to life.

To everyone who came, sat at my table, shared a meal, connected, laughed and had bold conversations — THANK YOU. You made our very first edition of UNFILTERED incredibly special.

A little more of the woman behind the journey… ✨🇿🇼

I’m Mizpah — a chef, entrepreneur, mentor, and most importantly, a woman who believes deeply in purpose, faith and the power of showing up for others.

My journey has taken me through many beautiful spaces, but at the heart of everything I do is one simple belief: what we have been blessed with can also be used to bless someone else.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of Mrs. Universe Zimbabwe 2026 and to share a little more of who I am, what I value, and the woman I continue to become.

For me, this is not just about being seen.
It is about being present, being authentic, and embracing every moment of this journey with an open heart.

I’m excited to see where this journey takes me. 👑✨

Not every day looks like me working in the kitchen. 😅 Sometimes I’m dressed casually, heading to meetings, working from my office — and I still prefer carrying my own lunch from home because I genuinely love having my food freshly cooked. ❤️

Today was one of those mornings. I was running late, the electricity had just gone, and I needed something quick for my lunchbox. 😂

So I put together this little Chicken Mayo French Toast in no time!

Egg + a little Royco + salt for the French toast, golden-fried bread, then chicken seasoned with Royco, garlic and salt, shredded and mixed with spring onions and mayo. Add some cheese, fresh tomato slices, put it all together and voilà! 🥪🍅🧀

And the best part? This whole lunch cost me about $3. 😭❤️

$3 for something homemade, filling, tasty and packed with flavour.

Honestly, sometimes you don’t need a fancy lunch — you just need to work with what you have and make it delicious. 😂✨
