This right here is comfort food for so many Southern African homes. Yes, Africa has so many beautiful traditional dishes, but if we’re talking about the meals almost every household in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi & across Southern Africa grew up eating regularly… then beef stew, seasoned rice & coleslaw definitely make the list 🇿🇼🇿🇲🇲🇼🇿🇦🇸🇿

And honestly, I take so much pride in my beef stew 😭🔥
Those who know my cooking already know… the beef is always tender, rich in flavor, falling off the bone, and cooked with love every single time.
