2. R3,5 million for a return of R60,000 per month
(possibly more).
Includes 10 Hectares allocated with fully managed FREE RANGE CHICKEN FARMING.
3. R5,0 million for a return of R100,000 per month
(possibly more).
Includes 20 Hectares allocated with fully managed FREE RANGE CHICKEN FARMING + other related farming activities.
4. R10. 0 million for a return of R220, 000 per month
(possibly more).
Includes 50 Hectares allocated with fully managed FREE RANGE CHICKEN FARMING + other related farming activities.
PROCESS TO BE FOLLOWED TO INVEST:
a) CONFIRM INTEREST IN INVESTMENT AND THE LEVEL OF INVESTMENT DESIRED, PLUS THE TERM OF THE INVESTMENT. (12 months, 18 months, 24 months and 36 months, renewable by agreement).
b) IF AVAILABLE YOU PROVE YOUR ABILITY TO PERFORM DIRECTLY WITH US AND THEN TO OUR ATTORNEYS.
c) SIGN AN INVESTMENT AGREEMENT, confirming capital invested, return per month, term of investment, security of investment capital (100% secure) and terms and conditions, with release document, interest payment methods & systems. plus general principles of law.
d) TRANSFER INVESTMENT FUNDS TO ATTORNEY’S TRUST ACCOUNT, AWAITING IMPLIMENTATION OF THE FARMING ACTIVITIIES.
e) NOTES:
1) Investment includes all structures that are required to operate the Free-Range Chicken and Mixed farming activities, which will be run by THE DEVELOPER to ensure efficiency for the first 3 years then handed over to the investor if the term agreed to allows.
