🍹So Sorbelicious Cocktails🍹
Let's start with the much-loved Piña Colada... introducing the Divine Pine'Colada! 🍍

Cocktail Ingredients:
- 1 tub of Divine Pine So Sorbet (125ml)
- Double shot of coconut rum or white rum (50ml)
- 30ml coconut cream, coconut milk, or coconut water
- 10–15ml fresh lime juice (¼–½ a lime) (optional)
- Fresh pineapple pieces (optional)

Garnish Suggestions:
- Pineapple wedge (for the glass rim)
- Maraschino cherry
- Sugar and lime rim (dip the rim of the glass in lime juice, then in sugar)
- Toasted coconut shavings
- Pineapple leaves

Method:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. (Fresh pineapple pieces are optional.)
- Add extra fresh pineapple pieces after blending, if desired.
- Garnish and serve immediately.

For Your Information:
1. Adding lime juice balances the sweetness and makes the pineapple flavour pop.
2. Coconut water is fat-free and creates a lighter, more refreshing cocktail.
3. Coconut cream creates a richer, creamier Piña Colada-style cocktail.
