It's National Mushroom Day. 🍄

Mushrooms are an easy way to add flavour and texture to everyday meals, without breaking the budget.

• Button: Affordable, versatile & perfect for breakfast, pasta & stir fry.
• Portabellas: Bigger & meatier, they are perfect for grilling or braais.
• Brown: Rich in flavour & delicious sautéed with butter & garlic.

Top Tip: Don’t soak mushrooms in water - they absorb it like a sponge. Rather wipe or quickly rinse them, then cook them over fairly high heat for deliciously golden mushrooms.

When women’s health matters, the conversation matters. ❤️
At SPAR, we believe that empowering women also means creating spaces where women can learn, ask questions, share experiences, and have open conversations about their health and wellbeing.

The Women’s Health Matters Conference brought women together to shine a light on the health issues that affect us through every stage of life, creating an opportunity to listen, learn and start conversations that too often go unspoken.

Because when women are better informed about their health, they are better equipped to advocate for themselves, support one another, and make empowered choices.

Her health matters. Her voice matters. Her future matters. Today and every day, we . ❤️
