Here we are doing a Chicken flatty using the flat basket rotissirie (available as optional extra) with the Fold-A-Roast spitbraai. Took 45 mins to be cooked and was succulent and juicy.

This amazing compact spitbraai is 560mm x 400mm x 140mm when folded and 560mm x 400mm x 507mm when set-up. It is manufactured from 430 .9mm stainless steel. It comes complete with drip-tray, shaft, spikes and battery operated motor(rated to turn 6-8kg). Included is a heavy duty, high quality canvas carry-bag for easy transport.
