The Harvest Table
......a celebration and thanksgiving to the universe for a successful harvest after a season of tilling and working the land. This is also a celebration of the talents, gifts and knowledge that various speakers we invite bring to share at the table. Harvest Table luncheons will take place once every month. We look forward to seating with you around our table enjoying hearty dishes directly from our garden. All this will be matched with great conversation, laughter and the most breath taking view of our valley and the Schurweberg mountain range.

TV shoots are always such a vibe! 😂

We had the Newzroom Afrika, AM Report team at the farm for World Food Day and between the cameras, questions and trying to remember what you actually wanted to say… we had so much fun. And I woke up at 4am🙈.

It’s always interesting seeing what happens behind the scenes. And I love that the farm gets to be part of these conversations about food, farming and where our food comes from.

A busy morning, lots of laughs, and a very happy farm girl.

We were blessed to host the Royal Danish Ambassador to South Africa together with the embassy team.

The embassy donated an orchard made up of a variety of fruit trees citrus, kei apple, macadamias etc. The Ambassador pointed out the need to green our environment and safeguard our planet.

The orchard now forms part of our evolving agritourism story. And as we tell our story, we will always remember our Danish friends.

We are EXTREMELY excited to bring you the Summer 2026 Naledi Farm Kids Camp! 🌿⛺

📅 4–6 December 2026
📍 Naledi Farm, Laezonia, Centurion
☺️ Ages 6–13 years
👥 Limited to just 20 campers!

Two unforgettable days filled with adventure, creativity, learning and fun in the great outdoors!

Our campers will enjoy:
🥾 Educational morning walks

🔥 Campfires & storytelling
🎲 Games & team activities
🔢 Maths & science
…and so much more!

They’ll also get hands-on and learn how to:
🥕 Start their very own veggie patch
🛠️ Work with wood

🧶 Create fun arts & crafts projects

🎟 Camp fee: R2,650 per child

This includes all meals and healthy snacks throughout the day. 🌱

A short snippet of our day with the Goethe-Institut team.

The day brought together so many things close to our hearts — indigenous knowledge, food, seeds, tea, stories and connection.

Our dear friends from Setšong Tea Crafters led the tea-blending workshop introducing the team to teas rooted in Limpopo - ha Sekhukhune. We were also delighted to have mme Bridget Masikati from who shared stories, knowledge and insights around indigenous seeds.

This was that kind of day that stays with you.

We often take the things that we have for granted. We see them as ordinary, forgetting that they are the very things that set us apart.

Our journey started with our children’s book, Tshimong Ya Meroho Le Naledi (In the Vegetable Garden with Naledi).

Faith, a few fears and honestly, a whole lot of figuring things out as we went on.

And what a journey it has been. ❤️

We’ve met so many incredible people along the way. Guests, partners and people who came through our doors, sat around our tables and supported us in so many different ways. Some came as guests and have now become family.

So today, hearing that little snippet on the radio — “Power Kids is brought to you by Naledi Farm” on — really made us stop and think, wow… look how far we’ve come!

This means so much.

Behind that little radio snippet are years of showing up, figuring things out, taking scary steps, trusting God, leaning on you, working hard and simply believing in what we were building.

When God moves you better catch the Spirit.

There are moments when you look at your children and realize that you’re not only raising children — you’re building a legacy.

On days like this, when we welcome guests, prepare, serve, organize and make sure everything comes together, I’m reminded of just how much she means to me.

She is my right-hand man, my helper, my sounding board and often the one who quietly steps in to make things happen. Watching her grow into a woman who carries responsibility, grace and a heart for others is one of my greatest treasures.

What we pour into our children today becomes part of what they carry into tomorrow.

Heritage is more than what we inherit — it is what we carry, what we nurture. It is recognizing the precious gifts entrusted to us and intentionally building something that will outlive us.

Sometimes we forget just how much we have. How great we are.🤎

We invite you to join us as we celebrate The Treasure in Our Hands.

The food we grew up eating.
The stories we grew up hearing.
The knowledge passed down from one generation to the next.
The land and the hands that came before us.

Therein lies our power. 🤎

A reminder that so much of what we need is already within us.

We’ll be spending the day with the beautiful mother-and-daughter duo, Mme Nondu and Retang from Setšong Tea Crafters exploring our own Bapedi Teas and creating our own tea blends to take home. 🍵
