Winkwater Winkwater is a family owned trout farm near Machadodorp, Mapumalanga.

The farm consists of 2 self-catering houses linked by a lapa, with enough room to accomodate 20 people. Fly fishing, mountain biking, bird watching or scenic hikes are just some of the attractions that makes Winkwater a perfect destination for a weekend or holiday out of the city.
