Soft, fluffy, and loaded with rich chocolate chunks 🍫🧁
These easy Chocolate Chunk Muffins are perfect for baking at home simple ingredients, easy steps, and a delicious result every time! 😋✨

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease or line a muffin tray.
2. In a large bowl, sift together:
• 1¾ cups flour
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
3. Stir in ¾ cup sugar.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together:
• 1 cup milk
• ⅓ cup oil or melted butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
6. Fold in ½ to 1 cup chocolate chunks.
7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tray.
8. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
9. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy! 🍫🧁
