Creamy Tomato Pasta with Soft Goat Cheese
Ingredients:
- 250g pasta
- 500ml cream
- 50g tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Soft goat cheese balls
Optional:
Chili flakes and salmon offcuts
Method:
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add cream and heat gently.
- Stir in tomato paste and simmer until sauce thickens.
- Toss cooked pasta directly into the sauce, mixing well.
- Plate and top with soft goat cheese balls.
- Season with extra salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Add salmon offcuts for a gourmet twist.
