🧁🤎 Soft, wholesome, and naturally sweetened, these Prune Molasses Muffins are perfect for breakfast, lunchboxes, or an afternoon snack.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 cup oat flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup Lifestyle Food Prune Juice
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water

Method:
Prepare the flax egg and combine dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients separately, then fold together. Fill muffin cups, top with oats if desired, and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.

🍌☕ A cosy bake with a South African twist! This Rooibos Carrot Cake Loaf is naturally sweet, packed with goodness, and finished with a beautiful honey beet glaze.

Ingredients:
• 2 rooibos tea bags
• ¾ cup boiling water
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1 cup finely grated carrots
• ⅓ cup honey
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water
• 2 cups oat flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp ginger
• Pinch of salt

Honey Beet Glaze:
• 2 tbsp freeze-dried beet powder
• 2 tbsp honey
• ½–¾ cup icing sugar
• 1–2 tsp rooibos tea

Method:
Steep rooibos tea for 10 minutes. Prepare flax egg and set aside. Combine wet ingredients, then fold through dry ingredients. Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake at 180°C until cooked through. Cool completely before drizzling with the honey beet glaze.

Ingredients:
• ¾ cup soft dates
• 1½ cups Lifestyle Food Dried Mango, chopped
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• ½ cup macadamias
• 1 cup quick oats
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Method:
Blend all ingredients until a sticky mixture forms. Press into a lined tray, freeze until firm, slice into bars, and enjoy.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups sliced apples
• ½ cup sliced dates
• ½ cup roasted pecans
• 1 cup full-fat yogurt or coconut yogurt

The easiest no-bake snack you’ll keep making 🥜✨

Ingredients
Oats
Coconut
Peanuts
Raisins
Peanut butter
Coconut oil/milk
Honey
Baking soda
Salt

How to make it
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until a sticky dough forms.
If too dry, add a splash more liquid; if too wet, add more oats.
Roll into evenly sized balls using your hands.
Place in the fridge or freezer for a short time until firm.
Perfect for grab-and-go snacking 🙌
