Looking back at this now, I get chills. At the time I had no idea what was coming.
3 days of cooking at Comzo for the South African Export Promotion Week 2026, with the chefs from RACA, and the response was beyond anything I imagined.
Day 1: Durban Lamb Curry, Samp and Beetroot Milk Tart
Day 2: Butter Chicken, Rice, Malva Pudding and Salad
Day 3: Beef Stew, Pap and Milk Tart
All made with proudly South African products like All Gold, Iwisa, Rajah, Mrs Ball's, Crosse & Blackwel Mayonnaise , Snowflake, Moir's, Oros, Freshpak Rooibos, Baker's Biscuits, Clover, Aromat, Packo, Knorr, Wimpy Mustard and more.
People came in their numbers for 3 days straight. They tasted, they loved it, and our products flew off the shelves.
