Our Sriracha Honey Sesame Chicken Wings are coated in a rich honey glaze, finished with a kick of sriracha and topped with toasted sesame seeds.

One bite is never enough.

Indomex Nasi Goreng🌶️🧅

Serves 3-4

INGREDIENTS
125ml Indomex Nasi Goreng Spice Jar
2-3 cups cooked Basmati rice (preferably cooled overnight to prevent stickiness)
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil, Indomex Peanut Oil or Canola Oil
200-300 grams Protein, thinly sliced (Chicken fillet, de-shelled Prawns, Pork Fillet or Tofu)
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 teaspoons Indomex Sambal Oelek or 2 finely diced chilli’s (or to taste) (optional)
2 tablespoons Fish Sauce or 1 teaspoon Trassi (Shrimp Paste)
2-4 dried lime leaves
3 shallots finely sliced (or 1 medium size brown onion)
¼ cup Indomex Ketjap Manis (sweet soy sauce)
2 cups shredded cabbage


TO SERVE
Fried eggs (we prefer the yolks runny as adds to the yumminess)
Atjar Tjampoer (sweet & sour pickle)
Sliced cucumber
Sate Sauce (optional but delicious)
Kroepoek (prawn crackers) (optional but delicious)

METHOD
Heat oil in the wok and fry the garlic, shallots (onions), lime leaves and chilli until translucent
Add in the chicken, pork, prawns or tofu and fry until almost done
Add the Nasi Goreng paste and fish sauce or terasi and fry for 2-3 minutes
Add the shredded cabbage and fry for a few minutes until lightly cooked but still crunchy
Add the cooked cold rice and Ketjap Manis (100ml or to taste)
Continue to fry over a low heat allowing the rice will begin caramelising from the Ketjap Manis (this gives the Nasi Goreng its distinctive brown colour and deep more-ish flavour)
Spoon into bowls, top with a fried egg and a side of Atjar Tjampoer & sliced cucumber
ENJOY!
Traditionally Nasi Goreng is served with veg pickle, sliced cucumber & prawn crackers on the side

** you can leave the shrimp paste or fish sauce out for a vegetarian option or if you have seafood allergies but might then need to add a little miso paste, light soy sauce or salt to season.

Indomex Spicy Asian Slaw🍋‍🟩🥗

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Ketjap manis
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon palm sugar

Method:
Mix all dressing ingredients
Grab a pack of Asian stirfry veg and add some chopped mint & coriander for extra freshness
Drizzle over dressing
Add chopped cashew nuts
Toss together And enjoy

Can’t find Asian stirfry veg ? Create your win by combining 1 cup chopped red and green cabbage, 1 cup grated carrot, 1/2 cup chopped bokchoy or baby spinach leaves, 1 red onion sliced, handful of chopped mint leaves and 1/2 cup of chopped coriander

Sriracha Honey Sesame Chicken Wings:
Serves 3–4

Ingredients:
* 1kg chicken wings
* 2 tbsp baking powder
* 1 tbsp salt
* 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tsp smoked paprika

Sticky Glaze:
* ½ cup honey
* ⅓ cup Indomex Sriracha Sauce
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* ½ tsp Indomex Sesame Oil

To Finish:
* Toasted sesame seeds, as desired

To Serve:
* Golden potato wedges or crunchy Asian slaw



Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
2. Line a baking tray with foil (trust me on this one).
3. In a bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss the chicken wings in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
4. Arrange the wings on the prepared tray and bake for 15 minutes. Turn the wings over and bake for another 15 minutes.
5. Remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl.
6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth and glossy.
7. Toss the wings in the glaze until fully coated. Return them to the oven and bake for a further 10–15 minutes, until sticky, caramelised, and lightly browned.
8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle generously with toasted sesame seeds.

Serve immediately with plenty of serviettes.

INDOMEX HARISSA CHICKEN 🔥

Ingredients (serves 3–4):

* 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
* 2–3 tbsp Indomex Harissa Paste
* ½ onion, sliced (red or white)
* ½ red pepper, julienned
* ½ cup plain yoghurt
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* Salt to taste
* Optional: 1 can chickpeas (to bulk up)
* To serve: bulgur, couscous or brown rice
* Fresh coriander & chilli (optional garnish 🌶️)

Method:
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion until translucent.
Add red pepper and chicken strips, frying until the chicken is lightly golden but not fully cooked.

Stir in the Indomex Harissa Paste and coat the chicken well, frying for ±2 minutes to build flavour.

Lower the heat, add the yoghurt and let it simmer gently for about 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. Add chickpeas here if using.

Season to taste.

Serve over bulgur, couscous or rice, and finish with fresh coriander and a touch of chilli for heat.
