Servicing mainly the catering industry in the peninsula, including major hotel restaurants, caterers, guest houses, golf clubs, old age homes and private households. As many of our clients' bu

This helps it cook evenly, stay juicy, and avoid that overcooked outside, underdone inside problem. 😋
