Naan Bread

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup warm milk
2 tbsp melted butter

Method
Mix all ingredients, knead soft dough. Rise 1–1.5 hr. Divide, roll oval. Cook on hot pan or tandoor until charred spots. Brush with butter.
