Charlie went to Joburg with some fresh Hops from Garston Hops in New Zealand. Gavin then just started throwing them into the mash, boil, whirlpool and fermenter until he had nothing left.
I’m sure this b**r will be delicious.

🍺 TODAY IS INTERNATIONAL IPA DAY! 🍺

We’ve filled all 12 taps with nothing but IPAs, showcasing everything from old-school classics and crisp English ales to juicy hazies, West Coast favourites and a Black IPA on cask.

We’re also brewing a brand-new Tokoloshe IPA today using 2026 New Zealand Cascade hops from Garston Hops – the southernmost hop farm in the world. Fresh hops, fresh brew, and plenty to celebrate.

In the air. Westcoast IPA. 6.6%. 50 IBU
Nectaron, Krush, Idaho7 hops.
Bitter, crisp. Notes of pine and grapefruit.

Sledgehammer. Hazy double IPA. 7ish%. 34 IBU
Centennial, Superdelic, Mosaic and Citra hops.
Smooth, fruity, notes of candy, red berries and citrus.

***New Tap Alert****
Tokoloshe13 - El Dorado IPA, 6.2% 40 IBU's
This is our latest in the series of Tokolo Single Hop Experiments.
This has 10g/L of El Dorado hops from Segal Ranches in the Yakima Valley.
The b**r is easy drinking and has notes of Apricot, Pear and pineapple.
Look out for a tasting notes video from a suitably knowledgeable person, pretty soon.

Back by popular demand.
Mustang Sally Hazy DIPA. 7ish% and 30 ibu's

Using the freshest hops this juicy hazy is back.
The 2026 hops are juicy, and pretty aromatic. This version has some Superdelic hops added for a bit of Southern Hemishpere charm.
The first keg finished in about 20 minutes, I don't think this one will last long.

Crisp, clear hoppy. My favourite at the moment.
Amarillo, Krush, Mosaic, Nectaron hops
Notes of Mango, Guava and peach.

A few weeks ago, we did a thing with The Biggest Little B**r Shop. We brewed a pretty, juicy, hoppy Hazy Double IPA. Today it is ready and on tap here and at the Biggest Little B**r Shop in Willowbridge.
It is also available in limited quantities in cans, to enjoy at home.
Double Vision, DIPA. 8lsh% 33IBU’s.
Packed with Ekuanot, Galaxy, Krush and Nelson Sauvin hops.
This one will not last long.
