Under Pressure NZ Pils. 5.05%. 35IBU’s.
A co-lab brew with OC Brewery using Riwaka hops from Garston Hops and a little extra wheat malt for fun.
Crisp, clean, a hint of Lime and grapefruit zest.
Get it while you can. This one will not last long.

Walking To Work again. West Coast IPA. 6.9% 70IBU
EKG, Flex, Amarillo, BRU-1 Mosaic hops.
Crisp, fruity, aromatic. Naartjie, pineapple, peach.
This one is Charlies new favourite. It will not last long.

Tokoloshe18 single hop experiment. Zumo IPA
6% 40IBU. Using 10g/L of Zumo hops.
Smooth, Citrussy Litchi and melon notes
Very pretty b**r
Also pairs well with the single hop NZ Cascade from Garston Hops

Roll to me. Hazy IPA 5.6% 36IBU
Amarillo, Motueka, Eldorado and Mosaic hops give this one a smooth but balanced finish. Expect notes of Guava, stonefruit, citrus and South Island tropics.

Charlie went to Joburg with some fresh Hops from Garston Hops in New Zealand. Gavin then just started throwing them into the mash, boil, whirlpool and fermenter until he had nothing left.
I’m sure this b**r will be delicious.

Tokoloshe13 - El Dorado IPA, 6.2% 40 IBU's
This is our latest in the series of Tokolo Single Hop Experiments.
This has 10g/L of El Dorado hops from Segal Ranches in the Yakima Valley.
The b**r is easy drinking and has notes of Apricot, Pear and pineapple.
Look out for a tasting notes video from a suitably knowledgeable person, pretty soon.
