Whoop Whoop!!

Our 1st Dine The Vines dinner since 2019 will be absolutely delightful!
The combination of great food, wine, and the scenic setting of M'lana Venue at Delvera farm creates an enticing experience. We are not only offering you a delicious meal prepared by Chef Alana but also providing an opportunity for our patrons to connect with the winemaker and farm manager/owner of Delheim. This personal touch adds a lot of value to the event, allowing guests to learn more about the wines they're enjoying and the history behind the farm.

Our menu is mouthwatering, offering a diverse range of flavors to tantalize the taste buds. From the comforting warmth of French onion soup to the vibrant flavors of Gnocchi Marinara with feta mousse and basil, followed by the rich and aromatic Venison "Bobotie," and ending with a unique twist on Lemon Meringue, each course promises to be a culinary adventure.

And the opportunity to take advantage of specials on Delheim wines is the cherry on top! It's a perfect chance for guests to stock up on their favorite wines or perhaps discover new ones to enjoy.

We are back!!
Proud to announce that I have "partnered" with friends to secure the venue at Delvera Wine Farms on the R44 between Stellenbosch and Klapmuts.

With a full kitchen and restaurant, a very big venue and an outdoor "shed" area we will be able to host functions like Weddings, Corporate Team Buildings, Conferences, Parties, Festivals, Runs, Hikes and much more!!

Our 1st event will be a Dine The Vines Dinner on the 12th of June 2024. Our presenting wine estate for the evening will be Delheim Wines. Each month our chef Alana will partner with a different wine farm to present a scrumptious meal to pair with some amazing wines. We hope to have the wine maker and a representative of the farm at these dinners to tell you more about the wine and the history of the farm.
All the info about the dinner will be available tomorrow morning.

Join us at De Wet Cellar on Friday the 13th when chef Dan will entertain us with a culinary experience that you will not forget.

* Smoked Fish Pate with pickles , toast from the fire
* Ramen : Pork belly from the fire , sliced for guests
