Rubble is enjoying every second of winter on the farm!

With the vineyards resting and the cover crops thriving between the vines, our four legged vineyard explorer is making the most of the season. From racing through the lush green rows to sniffing out the occasional mouse hiding amongst the cover crops, every day is a new adventure.

These three wines are all Shiraz led but at Doran Vineyards we let the wine choose its journey with no formulas in our blends as we strive to make the best wines we can. Íosa will always be our premium ‘Shiraz’ & has transitioned from being 100% Shiraz to including Grenache Noir in some vintages & today’s 2024 has 43% Merlot.

🐑 Baby Friday at the farm! 🐑

Our sheep are having babies left and right at the moment and the farm is overflowing with cuteness! Every day we wake up to new little lambs running around the vineyards and keeping their moms busy.

It’s definitely one of the most special times of the year here at Doran Family Vineyards. If you visit us soon, don’t be surprised if you spot a few tiny new faces around the farm!

One of the hardest and most heart breaking years on Doran , by greeting founder and owner of Doran Family Vineyards Edwin Doran. Edwin was proud of his heritage and traditions. As the tradition continues a memorial for Edwin on christmas day was made. Special plate for Santa with a mince pie and carrot for Rudolph the red nose raindeer. And to top it all off a glass of Doran wine. Merry Christmas and a Happy New year from Doran vineyards!!!
