Friday dinner - Healthy doesn’t have to be boring 🌿🍋

Who says healthy has to mean boring? Healthy food can be colourful, full of flavour and something you actually look forward to eating! ❤️

Mediterranean flavours are some of my absolute favourites, and this is one of my go-to recipes when I want something fresh, delicious and satisfying.

I start by pan-frying chickpeas in AB Products Regular Olive Oil, then add a drizzle of AB Mediterrano Balsamic Glaze until they’re beautifully golden and full of flavour.

I do the same with fresh baby marrows and carrots, letting them caramelize beautifully before bringing everything together with baby spinach, fresh mushrooms and creamy feta.

Tucked into crispy wrap pieces and finished with AB Products Lemon Balsamic Vinegar and AB Products Olive Oil infused with Thyme & Lemon, every bite is packed with delicious Mediterranean-inspired flavour. 🍋🌿
