O's Restaurant & Die Plek: Where Great Food Meets the Vaal River

For more than 21 years, O's Restaurant and Die Plek (21 and over) have been welcoming locals and visitors to one of Parys' most scenic riverside settings. Situated on the banks of the Vaal River, these neighbouring venues combine quality food, refreshing drinks and warm hospitality in a relaxed atmosphere.

Whether you're starting the day with breakfast overlooking the water, enjoying lunch with family or meeting friends for dinner, O's Restaurant offers a welcoming setting for every occasion. Known for its varied menu, with the emphasis on honest food, favourites include hearty breakfasts, pizzas, burgers, steaks, seafood, traditional South African dishes and delicious desserts.

Just a few steps away, Die Plek offers a more relaxed riverside setting where visitors can enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in views of the Vaal River. It is an ideal place to meet friends, enjoy occasional live entertainment or simply spend time outdoors overlooking the water.

The pet-friendly environment means four-legged family members are welcome to join the outing, making it an enjoyable destination for the whole family.

After more than two decades, O's Restaurant and Die Plek continue to be popular meeting places for both locals and visitors. Their riverside location, welcoming atmosphere and quality food make them a worthwhile stop for anyone exploring Parys or spending time along the Vaal River.
