You can still travel on horseback to Pilgrim's Rest via the mountains and valleys! Just takes a bit longer. Riders on a 5-day Liversage Ranch horse trail arrived in Pilgrim's Rest after a 2 1/2 day trek from the Longtom Pass area. They enjoyed some well deserved hospitality at The Vine Restaurant and Johnny's Pub and a sleepover in town before their ride back.

Celebrate International Hamburger Day with one of our yummy hamburgers. Traditionally homemade with 100% beef and served with chips, a salad garnish and our tasty homemade sauces. The iconic hamburger has a centuries old history. The spicy ground beef patty is believed to have originated in the port city of Hamburg from where it's popularity spread across the sea to the U.S. It seems that placing the patty between slices of bread started here, possibly at fairs so that customers could eat while walking.
