Bravo Foods Kitchen was established in 2008 and is a family run business with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry. Food Safety is the cornerstone of our business and as such we are HACCP compliant and FSA audited (We achieve in the 90 percentile). We have our own in house Food Safety / Quality Assurance Manager and our products are sent for Microbiological testing on a monthly basis. Th

e company is Halaal Accredited via I.C.S.A. and has been since the beginning. There are 3 main focus areas:
• Home Meal Replacement for the Retail industry (PNP, SPAR, CHECKERS, BOXER, CAMBRIDGE, WILD BEAN, CORNER BAKERY)
o Back of house bulk meals for the in-Store Delis
o Ethnic Meals

• Contract Catering / Industrial Catering
o Large scale fixed period catering contracts (Compass Group, Fedics)
o We have supplied meals for the SAPREF Refinery Shut for the last 5 years (typically we have produced +-120000 meals and 300000 lunch packs over a 2 month period)

• Outside Catering and Functions
o Regular supplier to the ICC for functions ranging from 200 to 2000 people
o Various ANC rallies up to 5000 people
o We were awarded the Public Catering contract for the 2014 Volvo Golf Championships
