Today we said goodbye to two very special members of the Macnut family.
Jay and Kingsley have begun their journey home, and while we're incredibly happy for them, our hearts are heavy as we say farewell. They have been so much more than just baristas – they've become friends, familiar faces, and an important part of our daily lives.
Their passion, dedication and warm smiles have brightened countless mornings, and we're sure many of our customers will miss seeing them behind the coffee trailer just as much as we will.
Before leaving, Jay and Kingsley spent time training our new baristas, Simpachino & Epic, passing on the skills, passion and attention to detail that have made Macbean coffee so special. We know they'll continue serving every cup to the high standard that Jay and Kingsley proudly set.
To Jay and Kingsley, thank you for everything you've done for us, our business, and our community. We wish you nothing but happiness, success and safe travels. Our door will always be open, and we sincerely hope this is "see you later" rather than goodbye.
