"Do you have Blue Gum Honey?"

We get asked this one a lot

And technically... Yes, we do. But you'll find Eucalyptus Honey on our labels instead 🍯

"Gum" isn't just one tree, there are hundreds of different Eucalyptus species and Blue Gum is only one of them. Depending on what's flowering and where the bees are foraging, Eucalyptus Honey can come from a range of different gum trees.

So rather than calling it all Blue Gum, we call ours what it is Eucalyptus Honey 🐝

Another little reminder of just how much variety there is hiding behind the word honey.

We simply take naturally crystallised honey and break the crystals down into tiny crystals to create a beautifully smooth texture. No whipping honey methods here 🐝

It's still the same raw honey, just a little easier to spread.
