What makes a VASO'S Pizza different?
Firstly the dough is soured without instant yeast.
Secondly, since most other Pizza's you can't taste the basting.
I therefore changed my baking process that the pizza gets baked at lower temp. and I use a double baking process.
First Bake: Pizza baked with only base
Second Bake: Pizza basted again, toppings added and baked for final.
I do also combination of bases.
Yellow to add hotness then Tomato basting for taste or Fresh Cream then Creamy White or Creamy Garlic base for final.
