There’s a lot more to a great cup of coffee than simply filling the portafilter and pressing a button ☕️

A little coffee tip from the roastery: for a rich, balanced espresso, your grind size matters. Too coarse and the water rushes through, leaving your coffee thin and under-extracted. Too fine and the shot can struggle to flow, bringing out bitter flavours. Aim for a steady extraction with a beautiful layer of crema on top and always use freshly ground beans when you can.
