🛵 How to Order with NeighbourGo
Ordering your delivery is quick and easy through our WhatsApp Business account!
📲 Follow these simple steps:
1. Open our WhatsApp Business Catalog
Browse the catalog and select the delivery fee for the area where you stay.
2. Add a delivery tip (Optional)
If you would like to tip our driver, simply select the Delivery Tip option.
3. Send your order request
Once you have selected your delivery option, click Send Order.
4. NeighbourGo receives your request
We will review your order and accept the delivery request.
5. Payment details will be sent
Once your order has been accepted, NeighbourGo will send you the payment details for the delivery fee.
6. Make payment
Payment must be made before we collect the parcel.
7. Let us know when your order is ready
Once your takeaway order is ready for collection, please let NeighbourGo know.
🛍️ Please note: Your takeaway order must be paid directly to the takeaway/business. NeighbourGo only handles the delivery.
Once payment for the delivery has been received and the takeaway confirms that the parcel is ready, NeighbourGo will collect and deliver your order.
