All tasting packages are tailor made to your needs. Be it a birthday or a bridal shower. Just a group of friends getting together to have a good evening or a book club. Anything is possible ... year end functions, team buildings. I can assist with putting your event together with something different to the norm. Based in PE I can however travel (petrol costs additional).

The Wine Fairy cannot operate alone. The team consists of 3 wonderful fairies... myself Cindi, my partner in wine Craig and my master of words and ninja life coach Clair Pyle.

Corporate Bookings

To confirm a booking with the Wine Fairy require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee, or an agreed sum based on the estimated cost of the event at the time of booking.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Should the number of guests attending increase the final balance shall be altered accordingly.

The balance of the fee will be payable on the day of the event.

If the client cancels the event more than 10 working days before the date of the event the Wine Fairy will retain the deposit, which can be used against a future booking if re-booked within 2 months.

If the booking is cancelled within 10 working days of the event the deposit will be forfeited.

Private Bookings

To confirm a booking the Wine Fairy require a non-refundable deposit of 25%.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The balance is payable on the day of the event based on final numbers attending, with a minimum of 7 people.

If the booking is cancelled more than 10 working days before the date of the tasting the Wine Fairy will retain the deposit, which can be used against a future tasting if re-booked within 2 months.

If the booking is cancelled within 10 working days of the tasting the deposit will be forfeited.
