🚨 STOP THE CAR! 🚨

I was driving down Cape Road the other day when something caught my eye...

This colourful little store that looked so dreamy and nostalgic, I just had to turn around and see what all the fuss was about! 🤔😅

And let me tell you...

Walking into V**e O Holics felt like stepping into a giant box of Smarties! 🌈🔥

The lighting.The colours.The atmosphere.Absolutely mind-blowing!

Situated at 59 Cape Road, Newton Park, this isn't just another v**e shop. It's a full-on experience.

They stock an incredible range of:

💨 V**es
💨 Pods
💨 Coils
💨 Juices
💨 Accessories

And pretty much everything else you can think of.But what really stood out for me was the team.
Friendly. Knowledgeable. Patient. No pressure.

Just genuine, good old-fashioned service. I popped in simply to have a look around...

And somehow walked out with a v**e of my own 😂 Funny how that happens!

Tucked away at 26A Pickering Street is a little slice of nostalgia called Ziggy's Old School Pub & Restaurant.

And let me tell you...

This isn't just a pub.

This is a full-on taste experience wrapped in warm hospitality, great music and enough old school memorabilia to make you ask:

"Hey... didn't my granny have one of those?" 😂

The atmosphere is cosy.

The staff are amazing.

Special shout out to Leigh, my waitress, for service that deserves a standing ovation 👏

I stopped in for breakfast and tucked into sunny side up eggs, crispy bacon, a cheese griller, fried mushrooms, fresh rooster brood and a cappuccino so good I nearly ordered another one before finishing the first 😅

This isn't just somewhere to eat and drink.

It's a time zone for good old vibes.

A place where the 70s, 80s and 90s come alive again.

Trust me...I have a confession...

Sometimes the best restaurants aren't the biggest ones.

Sometimes they're tucked away in a quiet street just waiting to be discovered.

And that's exactly how I felt walking into 1BAO in Newton Park.

Now let me tell you...

This isn't your ordinary Chinese takeaway.

This is a full-on flavour experience!

I tucked into their Kung Pao Chicken and Chicken Chow Mein and WOW...

The aroma alone nearly made me forget I was supposed to be filming 😂

The noodles were packed with flavour.

The chicken was tender.

And those portions?

Let's just say if you're bringing a friend, you can share...

If you're bringing me, order extra 😅

Then there are the daily specials.

The kind of specials that make your wallet whisper:
