Finally a bright morning after a gloomy week 🌤🌸 This grow out tractor is looking absolutely splendid, it's been a long journey with some of these fancy breeds and it's so rewarding watching an absolutely stunning generation grow up 😍 think we're going to have to have an auction soon 😉

We have been eagerly awaiting this boys glow up. Our first big step towards a true Lavender Ameraucana. A proper feather-thick neck and a show stopper beard. His name is Lord Rimuru, even though naming chickens is bad luck, we couldn't help ourselves 😅

Let the hatching season begin 🤪 so many projects and quirky breeds going in today, as much as we enjoyed emptying our brooders it is time to have a choir of cheep cheeps again.

I just feel in love when I saw how the natural light came through the door and found these eggs 🪺🥰 it's a pity that they didn't find their way into an incubator, but it's still satisfying sending them off as table eggs 🌼

The girls were laying up a storm this weekend, could have been the warm weather or all the nice snacks this week. Nonetheless, it's a great feeling to be sending off these boxes today 🪺 🌻

Oat Hay Enrichment 🌾for the all the chooks yesterday as a little motivation to leave the coops and get out after all the bad weather we've had ☔️🍁

It was bums up and head down for hours! Gave us a chance to see how pretty these Easter Eggers are post-moult 🤩 EE will always have a special place in our hearts.
