Roelof and Melani Vorster, together with 7 permanent staff members farm and produce Pomegranates of the variety "Wonderful" on 2 farms located close to each other in the beautiful and tranquil Tierpoort and Bashewa in Pretoria Gauteng South Africa. The Pomegranate orchards are divided into 10 x 1-hectare blocks with 833 trees per Block. Our on-fa

rm packhouse is 252 square meters - Food safety equipped. The Pomegranate Corporation is registered as a Food Producer and as an on-farm packhouse with the department of Agriculture. Our Harvest Time falls over February to March each year creating further employment opportunities for 20 seasonal workers.
