Dear Clients,

Exciting news — we are flying to Japan this Saturday and will start our 2026 Nisai hand-pick season next Wednesday! 🇯🇵

We are extremely excited to bring you top quality and rare koi. We will post new stock frequently on our WhatsApp group, so keep an eye out!

Important update regarding walk-ins:

Unfortunately, Bianca injured herself at home and has been medically booked off for an uncertain period. This leaves me in a very difficult position, as I won’t be able to train someone else in time to keep the business running while we are away.

I have therefore made the difficult decision to close Imperial Koi SA for walk-in clients until 26 October.

I am deeply sorry for this and I truly hate having to do it. We will definitely be up and running for walk-ins again from the 26th of October!

The good news is — we currently have a lot of stock in quarantine coming from the mud ponds. We will be fully stocked when we return from Japan, ready for all of you!

I am currently managing both phones, so please be patient with me. I still have a lot to get in place for our staff to maintain the facility during our trip.

If it is urgent, please send your message to my personal cell: 071 674 5001 followed by “It is urgent” and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I always strive to provide exceptional service and I feel like I am letting you down right now — I am extremely sorry. It will improve and it will be better than ever!
