Your buttercream is melting… and you’re wondering if you are melting too? 😂🍰

Don’t panic. It’s not you. It’s probably the temperature, your warm hands, and the fact that decorating a cake takes TIME.

French meringue buttercream is beautifully silky and delicious… but she can also be a little dramatic when she gets warm.

The good news? You don’t need to be a professional cake decorator to figure it out.

Getting too soft?
➡️ Pop it back in the fridge.
➡️ Let it firm up.
➡️ Come back and carry on decorating.

Cool it → Decorate → Cool it again. ✨

And remember: your Cake Decor Experience is about learning, experimenting, getting creative… and having FUN. Your buttercream doesn’t need to behave perfectly every second. 😉
