Lekker. Maklik. Vinnig. Propvol groente!!!
Spagetti Bolognese
Tamaties, Uie, Yellow Pepper, fyn gerasperde Baby Marrrow & Butternut.
Spagettig vir die sterkste Spinnerakke 🤣🤣
Fyn gerasperde groente meng maklik in. Ek gebruik geblikte tamaties (dis net makliker) maar voordeel is dat jy fyn Puree ook gebottel kry en dit net sp goed werk en dan is daar ook nie stukkies tamatie in die kossies nie!!
Die sous kan deur die voedselverwerker gaan voor dit met die maalvleis gemeng word dan is daar geen “groente tekens” nie 🤣🤣

“Bak & Brou”
After a week of choosing and cooking good food with lots of veggies 🍅🌶🥕🥬🥗 it was time to have some sweet baking fun for our Wild Animal theme of the week 🐘🦏🐆🐃🦁

I decided on an animal.
There are so many ideas and inspiration on the web. It was time to get creative and turn a Polar Bear 🐾 print into an African Inspired Lion 🦁 Paw Print Cupcake!!!!!

To make your own, you will need
* A few of your favourite cupcakes and some buttercream.
* Oreos
* Ball like chocolates / chocolate buttons

My mommy baked some cupcakes with less sugar (I decided to colour them Orange)
We made some simple butter cream and made it yellow.

Mommy used a grass nozzle & Piping bag to make The Lion Fur from our buttercream and I was in charge of making the Lion Paw Prints 🐾

So much fun, icing strands everywhere and absolute happiness on a plate!!

I learned to weigh out ingredients, measure liquid in cups and mixing (that’s a piece of cake)

Meet Pasta
AKA Creamy Red Pepper & Tomato Tagliatelle with pork fillet cubes, Feta & Lots of Parsley.
We started this fun game long before lockdown started, but we have certainly perfected it over the last few weeks.
I am looking forward to share some more ideas and things we get up to and hope to help a Mommy with a fuzzy little eater somewhere.
There USED to be lots of hidden veggies looming in our food, BUT now, I encorporate some veggies as part of the recipe the “Super Hero sent me”...
Included in our Ironman Pasta dish-
As always, nonstick buffet casserole and my makes a mean team!!!
