Did someone say Mamma Mia?

How beautiful ia this Greek inspired bridal shower cake?

The top tier is a dummy cake. I always help my clients by achieving the look they want. Simoné didn't need that much cake, so we made a plan.

Thanks for the order Simoné.

Thanks again to Purple Grey Laser for the perfect laser cut topper.

Hi dearest followers. It's been a while since I've posted - I am blessed beyond measure. I have been SO busy. The past two weeks I had to deliver just over 1000 cupcakes, 200 royal icing cookies and 4 cakes, one was a wedding cake. I will be sharing my favourites from the past few weeks in the next few days.

Jess, your wedding cake.... I loved making it. Thank you for trusting me with it. Your venue was breathtaking. It was a delicious lemon poppyseed cake, filled with home made lemon curd and lemon cream swiss meringue.

Thank you Purple Grey Laser for the engraving on this beautiful wooden cake board.
