More than R5 million raised. One incredible day. Countless lives impacted. ❤️

The Good Morning Angels Golf Day was so much more than a day of golf, padel and bowls — it was an extraordinary demonstration of what can happen when people come together with a shared purpose.

With more than R5 million raised in support of Good Morning Angels and the incredible work they do, the day was a remarkable success.

For SPAR, it was a privilege to play a small part in such an incredible achievement and to stand alongside partners and individuals who believe, as we do, in showing up for our communities and making a meaningful difference where it matters most.

Congratulations to Good Morning Angels, *Jacaranda FM* and everyone who contributed to making this possible.

Here’s a look back at a very special day. ❤️⛳

When women’s health matters, the conversation matters. ❤️
At SPAR, we believe that empowering women also means creating spaces where women can learn, ask questions, share experiences, and have open conversations about their health and wellbeing.

The Women’s Health Matters Conference brought women together to shine a light on the health issues that affect us through every stage of life, creating an opportunity to listen, learn and start conversations that too often go unspoken.

Because when women are better informed about their health, they are better equipped to advocate for themselves, support one another, and make empowered choices.

Her health matters. Her voice matters. Her future matters. Today and every day, we . ❤️
