ners, client lunches and any other events to suit your needs. Our smallest functions have been for couples either celebrating an anniversary, Valentines Day or engagement. Here we supply a private chef who cooks in the client’s home and serves them as if they were in a luxurious restaurant. Our bigger functions have seen us catering for in excess of 300 guests. These are predominantly cocktail parties where a large team of chefs is on site to prepare and serve the food to guests via the use of our own trained team of waiters. Food is presented to fit in with various themes of functions and our simplistic yet elegant presentation is a winning recipe in itself. Plated dinners have been for 120 guests and the utmost care and attention is given to each course making sure that the function is a complete success in every regard.
