Dear Valued Customers,
At Potties Pantry, we always strive to accommodate everyone, deliver quality products, and provide the best service possible. However, as a small business, we have to enforce a strict policy to protect our business operations and stock levels:
⚠️ NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER / NO DELIVERY ⚠️
We want to transparently share why this rule is non-negotiable for us:
1. Upfront Supplier Costs & Limited Storage: We pay our suppliers upfront out of our own pockets to ensure your orders arrive promptly. When orders ranging from R1,500 to R5,000+ are delayed or canceled at the last minute, we are left carrying heavy financial losses and storage shortages for other customers' goods.
2. Past Fraud & Non-Payment Incidents: Unfortunately, in the past, we have experienced severe losses where orders were delivered without receiving payment, as well as instances of receiving fake Proofs of Payment (POPs) and fraudulent SMS notifications.
3. Advance Cancellations: If you realize you do not have the capacity, storage, or funds to receive an order, please cancel well in advance before we purchase and secure stock on your behalf.
