Each month we choose a few products from the farm, and if you have any of them at home, take a photo, tag us and you’ll be entered into the draw to win a Kloovenburg prize.

For September, we’re looking for photos of:

🍷 Rosé
🫒 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
🧴 Heel Balm

Just these three for September. We love seeing where Kloovenburg ends up once it leaves the farm, on the table, in the kitchen, or part of your everyday routine at home.

Our olive body products have been developed with the same thinking we bring to the rest of the farm 🫒🫧

We grow the olives, we know the trees and over time we’ve created products that go beyond the kitchen and into everyday use. From body butter to massage oil and lip balm, each one starts with what we farm here and is made with care for simple, practical use.

The pool beds at the Kloovenburg Guest House are waiting for warmer days, and so are we.

Summer bookings are often made while everyone is still wrapped up in winter, so if you’ve been thinking about a few days in Riebeek-Kasteel, now is a good time to plan ahead. The guest house puts you close to the village, close to the tasting room, and right here on the farm, where the vineyards and olive trees are part of the stay.

On the farm, anything passing this low usually has us looking up from the vines. This time, we were just wondering if they were trying to find the tasting room turn-off to collect a bottle of Kloovenburg Cap Classique 😍🍾

With Cap Classique Day and Spring Day landing together, we’ll take it as enough reason to open something with bubbles and do some celebrations. Come past the farm, grab a bottle from the tasting room and let’s start the new season together.

A big day for Kloovenburg in the Tim Atkin MW South Africa Report 🍷

Our Riebeekberg Syrah 2025 received 96 points and we are very proud and grateful to share it with all of our supporters! This w**e comes from the slopes of the Riebeekberg and is very much of the Swartland. It is guided by a team who knows the farm incredibly well 🍷

We’re also very proud of the strength shown across the range. These scores belong to the vineyard team, the cellar team, the family and every person on the farm who had a hand in getting the fruit into bottle. Thank you Tim, and thank you everyone!

Tonight, we’re celebrating our own Pieter-Steph du Toit as he earns his 100th Test cap.

While Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry is taking place, we’re meeting the parents 👀

Pieter and Daniel recently met up with Mark Jordan, father of Will Jordan, and we couldn’t resist sharing the moment. South Africa and New Zealand may leave everything on the field but off the field there’s always room for a handshake, a laugh and always family pride.

Rugby runs deep at Kloovenburg so moments like this are always great to experience. Now we’ll get back to counting down to kick-off 🏆

We’re very proud to share that Kloovenburg is now 2x SA Champion at the South African Preserve Championships 🥂👏

Our Vegetarian Olive Tapenade and Olive Chutney both brought home SA Champion titles! The olive side of the farm has always been close to our kitchen, our shelves, and our tables so to see these products recognised in is something we’re genuinely grateful for.

Thank you to the team behind the work, all the way from the groves to the jars. These are farm products made the Kloovenburg way and we’re glad to see them getting their moment.

One of the youngest blocks on the farm, Block 27B is planted to Shiraz and has become an important part of one of our classics - the Village Red Blend.

This block brings its own expression of Shiraz to the blend, contributing energy, spice and structure while still retaining the character of the Swartland.
