On this happiest International Pinot Noir Day, allow us to let you in on the secret of our maiden release Elmo Pinot Noir. The elevation of the vineyard where our grapes are grown is at 450m above sea level. This brings down the average February temperature of the vineyard down to 18.9°C, almost 4°C lower than the average temperature of the rest of our vineyards. The creates the ideal conditions for Pinot Noir to thrive in.
