From freshly baked bread and pâté starters to roast leg of lamb, creamy chicken pie, traditional sides, and a classic malva pudding to finish, we've created a menu worthy of celebrating Dad.

Every vintage tells a story, and the 2026 Gooseberry Bush Sauvignon Blanc is one of patience, timing, and thoughtful decisions in both the vineyard and cellar.⁠

At Bon Courage Estate, each harvest is an opportunity to refine, innovate, and bring out the very best expression of every cultivar. For this vintage, Winemaker Philip Viljoen worked with two carefully timed harvest picks, taken two weeks apart. The first brought freshness and vibrancy, while the second added depth and generosity of fruit.⁠

Guided by time, care, and attention to detail, these components were nurtured individually before being brought together to create a wine that is beautifully balanced and expressive.⁠
