The next vintage is already beginning in the vineyards. ⁠

While the team works hard to finish pruning across Bon Courage Estate, the first signs of the new season are already appearing, with budding beginning in our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards.⁠
⁠
W**emaker Phillip Viljoen is anticipating an early 2027 harvest, while back in the cellar, the red w**es are progressing beautifully as the team continues their work with the barrels.⁠
⁠
There’s plenty happening, plenty to look forward to, and as Phillip says, plenty of reason to stay positive and optimistic about the vintage ahead.⁠
