Beef pie served along with cucumber salad

Puff pastry recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of flour
-2 teaspoons of salt
-500g butter
-1 cup chilled water
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

Method:
-cut your butter into cubes
-in a bowl add your dry ingredients together then add your butter cubes followed by water and lemon.
- mix until the dough is well combined.
- refrigerate your dough for 10-30 minutes
- dust your work surface with flour then roll your dough with a roller. Sprinkle your dough with flour and roll it again. Repeat the process over and over again to create layers.
-grease your pan then layer your dough. Fill it with fillings of your choice then brush your pastry with an egg and bake
