🇫🇷 Flammekueche (Alsatian Tarte Flambée)
Crispy flatbread topped with cream, onions, and bacon—a savory treat from Alsace!
📝 Ingredients:
• Pizza dough or flatbread base
• Crème fraîche: 150 g
• Onion (thinly sliced): 1 large
• Smoked bacon (cubed): 100 g
• Salt & pepper: to taste
• Nutmeg (optional): a pinch

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 240°C (460°F).
2️⃣ Spread crème fraîche evenly on dough.
3️⃣ Top with onions and bacon.
4️⃣ Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
5️⃣ Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
6️⃣ Serve hot straight from the oven.
