To all of our valued clients and supporters,
I wanted to take a moment to share something personal.
After a VERY difficult 2025 filled with personal challenges and ongoing medical issues, I went into 2026 determined to make it my best year yet. I was excited, motivated, and ready to give my business everything I had.
Unfortunately, life had other plans.
Earlier this year, I suffered a severe concussion that has impacted me far more than I ever imagined. What I thought would be a short setback turned into months of recovery, countless doctor's appointments, treatments, therapies, tests, and ongoing medical care. It has been one of the most challenging periods of my life, both personally and professionally.
I have done my best to keep things moving where I could, often trying to work between appointments and on the days I felt well enough. However, there were times when I simply wasn't able to operate at the standard I expect from myself. If I've been slower to respond, delayed an order, or let anyone down along the way, I sincerely apologize.
To those clients and friends who have shown patience, understanding, and support during this time — thank you. Your loyalty, kindness, and encouragement have meant more than you know 🫶
While recovery is still a work in progress, I'm determined to make these last few months of the year count. My focus is on rebuilding, moving forward, and providing the best service possible to the wonderful clients who continue to support my small business.
Small business owners are human too, and sometimes the journey isn't as smooth as we'd hoped. Behind every message, order, quote, and delivery is a person doing their best, even on the hard days.
Thank you for sticking with me through the tough times, for supporting my dream, and for being part of this journey. Here's to finishing the year stronger than it started.
