My dad's birthday cake. Something a little different. Layers of swiss roll mixture, filled with cream cheese mousse and crushed brandy snaps, with mini brandy snaps on top and gooseberries from the garden.

With market season approaching I have been recalculating all my costs. The way ingredients are increasing and all the hidden costs that go into selling at a market are often forgotten. I have tried my best not to increase my costs, gourmet cupcakes will be more expensive but other than that all prices will be the same. So this is my little reminder to please not ask for discount, because he longer works for me (or The Hospice shop where I saw this joke 😀😬). Hope to see you all there on Wednesday and I'm looking forward to a busy market season.
